Whеn I meet mу friend’s friends I tend tο bе qυіеt аnd lost out-οf-words.

I want tο bе аblе tο join іn thе conversation аnd interact wіth thеm.

When meeting them for the first time smile.
When a conversation is going laugh, smile and most important share your opinion.
(everyone has an opinion even you)
And last but not least know this "Everyone there likes you," cause your their friend’s friend too.
So Share, Smile and Socialize.
Always works for me.

When they’re talking, listen to what they say and think of things you can ask or comment on. Have you done something similar? Do you have the same type of job? What do you have in common? You could always talk about sporting events, things going on in town, movies or TV shows, music, books you’ve read, or just about anything. You sound like you might not have confidence in yourself. Just remember that you have a lot to offer and that if your friend likes you, odds are her friends will like you as well. If you’re uncomfortable talking at first, smile and laugh a lot and show you are interested in the conversation.
