A lot of times if is better to introduce a new bird slowly. you should put them in cages near each other so that they can chirp and talk to each other for awhile and get used to each other more before putting them together. when we out our keets together they pecked at each other a bit at first, but now get a long great. you also may check and see if they are really fighting or just playing. to get them to be more outgoing- make sure they have plenty of toys to keep their interests up, and play music or tv for them when you are not playing with them!
