Its not hard to be outgoing! hehe, all u have to do is be a talkative person, and to be like that you just have to come up with questions, like getting to know people better. if u search things on google, im sure that will help you
just do what u want to do! 
also, having confidence is really attractive to most girls, so even if u dont have it, show it because there has to be something that is good about you! dont be afraid of what people think

Try joining a group, something that you enjoy as a hobby and you can meet people that way. Smile more often than not, look people in the eye when they’re talking to you.

if u have low self esteem, i suggest u realize ur an amazing person no matter what! If the skin problem bothers u, go to a dr or try topical creams. If u want to be outgoing try to join a sport or club or indulge in a hobby. Always be yourself, dont try to be something ur not! And the moment u stop trying to be cool is the moment u r. Be confident in who u are and be proud of your culture and yourself! good luck!

If you want women to take an interest in you, then you need to be more confident. Buy some Proactive for the acne and start working out. The only way to become more confident is by either changing what you don’t like about yourself or learning to be happy with who/how you are. Good luck!
