great question…I have been serving tables for 3 years and I am a fairly shy person. at first I was semi nervous and shy but now I am much more comfortable and can approach tables with confidence…..just be both yourself and polite…..let your tables know that you are just starting out, so they will automatically understand that you are new to this kind of thing.

from my experience most customers are very nice and aren’t very demanding…..and for the few customers that are mean….who cares what they say/think!

most importantly have fun and enjoy making the big bucks!
