Through life we are introduced to conditions that shape our personalities. The issue at hand would be whether you choose to be yourself and what you expect YOURSELF to be. Who says you have to get rid of this reserved personality? If it is you and your content with it then roll with it. The problem would be if you became something that your not and have to ask yourself later in life how do i become reserved.
Culture and lifes events mold us, just be sure that its not others that are the determining factor of what will eventually be you.
If your not content with your reserved personality then try some outgoing social events but dont take on too much too soon and remember above all be who you want to be and not who someone else wants you to be, because in the end if the choice is yours there will be no one else to take the credit for when you are who you want to be… you.

A smile will usually get a good response from other people. Listen attentively, nod, make noises now and then to show you’re listening. Try joining clubs or societies you have an interest in.

always remember life is to short and could end at any moment and that will make you want to live and be who you really want to be so always keep moving forward and be yourself that is your most compfortable state and if somebody dont like the real you there are millions of other people who will so be outgoing be happy go lucky and dont worrie what other people think good luck
