Ive οnlу bееn using іt fοr 3 days now. I hаνе moderate acne аnd need tο wear makeup tο cover іt up. I bουght max clarity last week аnd gοt іt a couple days ago. Im really hoping іt helps. Iѕ іt one οf those systems thаt mаkеѕ іt worse before іt gets better? Sο far mу skin hаѕ become more red, slightly itchy οr burning аnd I hаνе lіttlе bumps οn mу cheeks whеrе I usually dont brеаk out. Hοwеνеr, іn οthеr areas lіkе below mу mouth, mу moderate breakouts hаνе gone down slightly. Cаn someone tеll mе whats going οn lol?

Nothing should make your skin burning and red. I’d forgo it for a bit and return to it when your symptoms settle down.
Meanwhile exfoliate with a paste mixed from Olive Oil and sugar. That should help ease the redness. If redness persist treat just the redness with Visine, yes I know it’s for your eyes, but it works to remove redness from acne. If it’s gentle enough for your eyes… it’ll be gentle on your face.
Witch Hazel is an excellent skin clarifier… after moisturize with Olive Oil. These are all gentle and effective ways to take care of yur skin.
This time of year instead of make-up I’d recommend a sunless tanner for your face. It will give you the color you want and it is so much gentler on your skin than make-up. If it works for you, then you can use it year round vs make-up.
Hope this helps… blemishes are a total bummer, but we’ve all been there. Be patient with yourself.

Makeup is not good over acne. Just keep your skin clean, steer clear of milk and milk products (as this aggravates it, as does chocolate). Any greasy foods will make it worse. You need to drink a lot of water and eat lots of fruit. Keep your face clean and use an astringent on it when it gets oily. You may do more harm than good with something like that. I would see a dermatologist.
