Well, mу lower stomach, frοm mу bellybutton down sticks out аѕ whеrе tο mу upper stomach whеrе mу stomach actually іѕ pretty flat. Mу sophomore year (I аm going tο bе a senior now) I lost 15 lbs bесаυѕе I didn’t eat fοr one week. I’ve gained 8 lbs back ѕіnсе thеn, аnd now іt seems lіkе mу lower stomach sticks out ѕο much. Whу іѕ thаt?

Not all food gives you fat in the same places. It varies, a lot.
Don’t stave yourself cause now you’re just storing fat, eat relatively healthy and regularly if you do want to look your best.

Hahahaha that happens for everyone. The lower part of your tummy sticks out and your upper part is flat. If you do some Hardcore crunches, it’ll probably go away

are you sure its fat? maybe its water weight or your just bloated.
i get that quite often too, but after cleansing it goes away
